Sessions - Call For Papers - Application Deadline March 1, 2024
We invite scholars and students in all fields of papyrology to present works-in-progress to colleagues, learn about large projects in the field, and enjoy a weekend focused on scholarship. All participants must be active (paid) members of the American Society of Papyrologists.
There will be two types of sessions:
All abstract submissions should be sent to [email protected], preferably by filling out the Submission Form below.
Basic projection equipment will be available for all presentations.
Members of the Society are welcome to attend without presenting, but should still fill out the form below.
There will be two types of sessions:
- Presentations on large projects in papyrology that benefit the whole field (digitization projects, APIS, etc.) (max. 1 hour, including questions and discussion)
- Presentations of individual projects (max. 30 minutes, including discussion)

Accommodations
All participants will arrange their own accommodations. A list of Winnipeg hotels will be provided well in advance of the seminar. Winnipeg is served by the James Richardson Winnipeg International Airport, with connections via inter alia Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Calgary, Ottawa, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Minneapolis, and Atlanta. |
